You’ll meet fellow graduate assistants and interns\, learn about the resources available to you\, and explore how your graduate assistantship can open doors for mentorship\, professional development\, and long-term career success. \nOrientation Agenda\n12:00–12:05 – Welcome to SGPS\nDr. Rabia Hos\, Dean of SGPS \n12:05–12:45 – Icebreaker & Meet & Greet (Lunch Provided)\nA chance to connect with your peers\, share experiences\, and start building a supportive network across campus. (If you have allergies\, please let us know.) \n12:45–1:15 – Mentor/Mentee Semester Goal Setting \n1:20–1:30 – Break \n1:30–2:00 – Translating Your Graduate Assistantship into Professional Success\nAimee O’Shea\, Associate Director\, Office of Career and Student Success \n2:00–2:30 – Building a Strong Network In and After Graduate School\nDr. Thierry Thesatus\, Associate Dean of Career and Student Success \n2:30–3:00 – Final Thoughts: Paperwork\, Policies\, Questions\, and Survey \n  \n📌 Save the Dates – Connect & Grow Series \nIn addition to orientation\, we invite you to join our monthly Connect & Grow sessions followed by GSA meetings.
