Graduate school is often stressful, competitive, and demanding, even under the best of circumstances. While stress may be unavoidable, how we respond to it can make all the difference.

In recognition of Stress Awareness Month, join us in collaboration with the SCSU Wellbeing Center for an insightful session on managing stress and preventing burnout. Together, we’ll explore how to recognize the signs of stress, adopt proactive strategies to reduce its impact, and discover valuable resources available both on and off campus. The event will conclude with a calming guided meditation to help you recharge and refocus.
