The Association for Financial Professionals confers the CTP credential to those who pass an exam and have a minimum of two years of relevant experience. According to the 2018 AFP® Compensation Report, the CTP designation has a direct influence on an employee’s upward mobility, earning potential (on average 15% more than colleagues without the certification), and expansion of job responsibilities due to their improved knowledge base.

This certificate will provide participants with the requisite knowledge to sit for the CTP exam.  The program will be guided by faculty experts at SCSU who will follow the standards outlined in “The Essentials of Treasury Management” offered by the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP).
