Held during our Week of Welcome, this high-energy event provides an excellent opportunity to connect with hundreds of SCSU students seeking paid part-time jobs, seasonal positions, and part-time internships. 

The Part-Time Job Fair also launches the 2026–2027 recruiting and engagement season — the Office of Career and Professional Development invites employers and community partners to connect with Southern students throughout the academic year.

We encourage all departments hiring student employees to post their positions in JOBSs, Southern’s official student employment platform, to help ensure broad, equitable access to on-campus employment opportunities for all students.
