Yi‑Chun Tricia Lin (林怡君) is a 17th‑generation daughter of Taiwan who has dedicated her life to justice, peace, and the decolonization of the mind. She is Professor and long‑time Chair of the Women’s & Gender Studies Department at Southern Connecticut State University, where she has led with vision and commitment for more than twenty years.

- Former President, Women’s Caucus for Modern Languages
- Board member: CT Humanities Council; Peace Development Fund
- Co‑founder: Coalition of Women’s & Gender Studiesin Connecticut and Rhode Island
- Active partner with community organizations including the African American Women’s Summit, Connecticut Health Equity Leadership Council, New Haven League of Women Voters, and West Haven Black Coalition
Her international works;
- Senior Fulbright Scholar (2018), National Dong Hwa University, Taiwan
- Ongoing research on Taiwan Indigenous women’s
cultural production as resistance and resurgence
